·        The Contest organizers, their affiliates, their advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents and representatives assume no responsibility for any computer systems or equipment, software, problems or technical malfunction with any telephone network or lines, online computer systems, servers, access providers, failure of any e-mail system, failure in transmitting the entry form or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof limiting or impeding any person’s ability to enter the Contest.

·        In the event where the computer system was unable to save all Contest entries during the Contest period for any reason whatsoever, or if the Contest had to be terminated in whole or in part before the Contest closing date under the terms of these rules, the Contest organizers will conduct the random selection of winners from all eligible entries registered during the Contest period or, where applicable, up to the date of the event that resulted of the termination of the Contest.
